Green chillies <br />1 cup Yellow or Black mustard seeds <br />Juice of 4 lemons <br />2 tsp. Salt <br />1 cup Mustard oil <br /> <br /> <br />Method:- <br />1. Heat the mustard oil until it smokes and then let it cool down to the room temperature. <br />2. Wash the chillies and pat them dry. Chop them into small pieces. <br />3. Roughly grind the mustard seeds and add it to the chillies. Add salt, lemon juice and mix well with a wooden spoon. <br />4. Pour oil and mix well and store in a glass jar. <br />5.
